Responsible Sourcing: We prioritize sourcing local, organic, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible.
Water & Energy Conservation: Brewing beer is an energy and water-intensive process. We continuously work to optimize our use of water and energy through innovative conservation practices.
Waste Reduction: We are committed to reducing waste through recycling programs, composting, and repurposing by-products. We donate 100% of our spent grain to local farmers.
Community Engagement: We understand that sustainability extends beyond our walls. We actively collaborate with local organizations to support green initiatives, including our adopting our own stretch of the Cross County Highway!
We Are Montgomery Public House
MPH Brewing features classic European, seasonal, and hand-crafted beers, Seltzers and Ciders. We Are a scratch kitchen ... all our dough, breads, pretzels, dressings, hummus, dips and more are made in-house. Our Tap Room features 20 taps and the original Pomadori wood fired oven where we bake.
